Tim offered excellent and reasonable service on my old bike. When it came time to buy a new one, I never considered looking elsewhere. I am thrilled with the new Trek and Tim's continued friendly and superb service. Tim and Sue run a business the old-school way that I wish everyone offering items or services would emulate -- the customer is put first and foremost, good value and quality products are offered and sales and service are conducted with smiles and loads of good advice.

Sue and Tim cannot be compared to anywhere else. When it comes to my bike needs, I buy what they sell, I don't need to look further. Their attention to customer service is unmatched in any industry.

Family-owned and operated, and the best and nicest folks in the business. I've been a loyal customer for about 15 years now, having bought 3 bikes there in my lifetime. They're always willing to help out even when there is no sale to be made, and on two occasions they have talked me out of spending more money on a bike that they did not feel was worth the price--how's that for salesmanship! As far as prices go, they are competitive with the rest of the market. Usually that's the biggest impediment for me in terms of supporting family businesses, but it's not even an issue here. Do yourself a favor and head over or give them a call. Personally, I refuse to go anywhere else. Even though I live in Boston now, I be sure to schedule my bike servicing around my trips home to NY
